Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation policy

We understand sometimes life is unpredictable and unexpected events happen. Please contact us on (02) 6295 8848 as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or requests for rescheduling a booking. You will not be charged should you cancel within the 24 hour minimum notice period. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a cancelation fee. We recognise the time of our clients and staff is valuable, therefore clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Confirmation of booking

Contours de femme will send you an sms message to your mobile as confirmation of your appointment. This will automatically confirm your appointment and you will need to respond to secure your appointment. 

Check-in

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other clients. On arrival you are welcome to come relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea in our reception area.
