Who are the people behind Contours de Femme?

Jayne Armstrong

Full of passion, energy and vibrancy. Jayne has run her own business for the past 10 years and decided she needed a new challenge. After searching around for just the right thing, Jayne came across a treatment that could help contour peoples bodies and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Needless to say that with Jayne’s drive it would not be long before she became the Queen of Endermologie. With her initial training finished, she then went on to become accredited as an advanced therapist and commenced carrying out post surgery treatments. There are only a handful of therapist who have the competencies to perform post-surgery treatments but this did not phase Jayne. Of course, it goes without saying that Jayne is one of the best in her field and respected enough by our support training company to be offered the opportunity to become a Train-the-trainer.

If you haven’t met Jayne, she is a little dynamo that packs a big punch and will impact on you immediately. Her attention to detail means that all clients get the best treatments possible.

Joanne "Jo" Arvonen

A new treatment caught Jo’s eye when she was in Queensland holidaying with her family in January 2006. Whilst booking in to have some “me” therapy, Jo was introduced to Endermologie. The treatment felt good and further investigation showed that some serious results came with more treatments. This started the search in Canberra for somewhere that carried out Endermologie treatments. Shazaam, Jo eventually found Jayne and the rest is history.

Jayne & Jo and Contours de Femme

As stated above, they found each other through a client/therapist relationship but have developed a great friendship and partnership since. Each possesses different strengths and together makes the perfect business relationship. One thing for certain they are both results driven and they make sure that’s what you get. They both decided to show absolute resolve when it came to achieving amazing results with their clients and also wanted to set up a boutique clinic that offered advanced treatments in beautiful surrounds. What to name this new business? After much deliberating, and bureaucratic hiccups, Contours de Femme was finally chosen. It only made sense to carry the French name into the furnishing of the new clinic and French provincial pieces and artwork were selected to finish it off. What has been created is a place that is elegant, inviting and somewhere people love to visit.
